Diane Brackett Rivers founded Brackett Company in 1985 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Since its inception, Rivers has led the company as it has leased and managed over two million square feet. As President, she perpetuated the firm's primary goal of client satisfaction while Brackett Company expanded in the South's foremost prosperous and emergent city. In addition to the creation of a portfolio of quality commercial and medical office buildings, Rivers has developed expertise in master plan and space-planning design and coordination, real estate investment analysis, project cost analysis, project management, financial application, property management, and leasing services.

Today, in her role as President, she is the corporate visionary of Brackett Company. She oversees all aspects of the firm including direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives. Rivers' responsibilities include establishing current and long-range goals and objectives; assisting and evaluating the financial status and security of the corporation; forecasting and implementing a fiscal marketing plan with the organizations executives and controlling the operation of the organization.
Rivers received her B.A. from Wake Forest University. She has nearly thirty years of experience in real estate development, property management, and building operations. She has overseen the development of more than thirty projects totaling 1.5 million square feet and valued at over $200 million. |
