Jamie Hollar joined Brackett Company in 2009. Mr. Hollar specializes in tenant and landlord representation, lease restructuring, site selection, land acquisition and disposition for clients throughout North and South Carolina. He began his career in Commercial real estate with The Chambers Group with an emphasis on Tenant Representation. Since that time Mr. Hollar has represented many successful local concepts and clients such as Back Yard Burger, Taco Bueno and Villa Antonio as well as National companies such as TGI Friday’s, KMO Development Corporation, and Checkers Hamburgers.

Mr. Hollar is a native North Carolinian and is licensed to practice real estate in North and South Carolina. He is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors as well as the International Council of Shopping centers. Mr. Hollar earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from The University of Georgia.
