Mr. Shull joined Brackett Company in 2006.  His responsibilities in the company include overseeing the property management and operations department.  He comes to Brackett Company after working more than 7 years with the Bissell Companies.  During his career in the property management business, he has managed office, medical, and warehouse properties for a variety of different ownership groups. 

Mr. Shull’s experience in the property management field enables him to handle both controlled ownership properties as well as institutional and third-party owned properties.  He prides himself on providing superior customer service to his clients.   Mr. Shull utilizes his skill set to make smart management decisions on behalf of property owners, lenders, and tenants.
