Mr. Griffith joined Brackett Company in 2000 in the Leasing and Brokerage Department. His primary responsibility is to oversee the leasing and brokerage operations of Brackett Company’s medical and office portfolio.  In doing so, Mr. Griffith specializes in both tenant and landlord representation.

Notable projects and clients include The Streets of Toringdon Medical Park, Eastover Medical Park III, Randolph Medical Center, The Village at Pfeiffer, Carolina Asthma and Allergy Center and Carolina Neurological Clinic.  During his tenure at Brackett Company, Mr. Griffith has completed over 100 transactions totaling nearly 50 million dollars for his clients.

Mr. Griffith earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Clemson University, and is licensed to practice real estate in North and South Carolina.  Mr. Griffith is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors, where he has been a recipient of its Deal Maker Award for the past six years.  He also serves on the Beads for Needs Executive Committee, is the 2007 Membership Chair for the Myers Park High School Alumni Association and is a youth baseball coach with Myers Park Trinity Little League.
