The Streets of Toringdon is a mixed use development featuring medical and professional office space, restaurants, shops and residential units.  The site will also be the future home to a full-service hotel.  Brackett Company has developed 56,000 Square Feet of Class “A” medical and professional office space within the park, which is at the northern intersection of Johnston Road and I-485, just across from the Ballantyne Corporate Park. 

We are in the pre-construction process for the Streets of Toringdon Plaza V, which is slated for a November 2009 completion date.
